Terms of Use
Effective date: 31.07.2026
These Terms govern use of the Pir2Pir service. Personal data processing is governed by the separate Consent and the Privacy Policy.
The Russian version is the legally binding one. This translation is provided for convenience.
1. Parties
The service is provided by individual entrepreneur Aigiz Iskuzhin (INN 024803896842, OGRNIP 326028000044859), the Operator.
The User is a School 21 participant who has confirmed ownership of their account per section 3.
2. Subject
Pir2Pir helps School 21 participants find each other for mutual reviews of study projects. The service provides search and notification; conducting the review itself, its procedure and its outcome are outside the Operator's control.
The service is provided free of charge and "as is".
3. Connecting an account
The User provides their School 21 login and confirms ownership with a code sent to the student email. Only active accounts can be connected. The User undertakes to connect only their own account.
4. Independence from School 21
The Operator is not ANO «Школа 21» (School 21), is not affiliated with it and does not act on its behalf. The service is not part of the educational process, does not affect academic results and does not replace School 21's official tools.
Study profile data is requested from the School 21 public API and shown for reference. The Operator does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
5. Rules of use
The User undertakes not to: connect someone else's account or share access to their own; use the service for advertising, spam or any messages unrelated to project reviews; harvest other participants' data by automated means; use obtained contacts for purposes unrelated to project reviews. The User also undertakes to follow School 21's rules when interacting with others.
The Operator may restrict access where these rules are broken.
6. Profile visibility
The service keeps no directory of participants and offers no search for people. A User's profile is not shown to other participants until the User themselves agrees to talk or to a mutual review. What is disclosed after that is listed in section 6 of the Consent.
The Operator does not give one participant another's messenger accounts, email address or other contact details.
Processing ends when the account is deleted in the Telegram bot.
6.1. Inviting a student who is not registered with the service
By supplying an exact School 21 login, a User may send one short invitation to a student who is not registered with the service. The Operator delivers it in its own name; the recipient's address is not given to the User.
In using this, the User undertakes to send invitations on study matters only, and accepts that their School 21 login is stated in the invitation. Bulk sending, advertising, repeat approaches to anyone who has opted out, and approaches unrelated to project reviews are prohibited and will result in access to the service being restricted.
Frequency limits and the recipient's right to opt out are set out in section 6.2 of the Consent.
7. Liability
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. The Operator is not liable for the actions of other participants, for review outcomes, or for the unavailability or modification of the School 21 public API. The Operator is not a party to arrangements between participants.
8. Termination
The User may delete their account at any time, which withdraws the Consent and ends processing per section 7 of the Consent. The Operator may discontinue the service with notice through the Telegram bot.
9. Changes
The current version is published at https://docs.pir2pir.ru. Material changes are announced through the Telegram bot.
10. Governing law
The law of the Russian Federation applies.
